Take your thyme
Herbalists are some of the most popular harvesters. They harvest wild plants and wild flowers.
Once they've found these resources, the herbalist will be able to:
* Cut the resource, to get the stems and leaves* Harvest the resource, to get the seeds* Just like the rest of the Flora, the plants and seeds don't regrow themselves. You'll need to plant a seed to make the resources grow again. This action uses one seed.
After these efforts, the herbalist can also transform flowers into essences using the distillery.
For each harvesting action, the herbalist needs his billhook. Make sure you've got it equipped at all times.
One of the reasons this harvesting job is so popular is due to the fact that nearly all the artisans will need these resources one day or another, to make their recipes. This means herbalists will never go short of work.
One last important point regarding climate: vigilant herbalists will wait for the rain to plant their seeds, while a lot of heat will accelerate their growing time.
Billhooks at the ready!
